Health and safety:

An accident in the workplace or a breach of health and safety regulations can lead to investigation and prosecution by the Health and Safety Executive, local authority or police. Fines can be uncapped and imprisonment is a potential sanction.  With workplace incidents having potentially far-reaching consequences for businesses and individuals, our clear advice and wide-ranging expertise is designed to ensure that you avoid these issues. We advise on the implementation of programs and assist clients in formulating management systems and policies.

The Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons:

The Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS) is responsible for regulating the veterinary sector and for overseeing the fitness to practise (conduct, health and performance) of veterinary surgeons. Where the RCVS has taken action against a veterinary surgeon we can advise on any Disciplinary Committee procedure and any appeal by the veterinary surgeon to the Privy Council.
